A:  We are a manufacturer. We have lamination, printing, die-cutting, and molding capabilities, the raw materials are sourced from paper mills certified by FSC, DIN, SGS. 

Q2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

A: 1. What is paper cup top diameter, bottom diameter, height or how many oz?

     2. How many colors does your logo have?

     3. What is the quantity of your order?

     4. What is the weight of the paper in grams?

     5. What kind of price do you want, FOB, CIF or others? If CIF, please inform your destination port.

     6. If it is possible, please provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.

Q3. Can I have a sample for aqueous coating paper cup?

A: Of course, we can provide white samples or exsiting samples for free, you only need to pay the shipping fee. If you need to customize samples, you will need to pay both the sampling fee and the shipping fee.

Q5. What about the lead time?

A: 1 day for exsiting sample preparing, 3-5 days for white sample preparing , 7-10 days for customized sample preparing, 20-30 days for mass production.

Q6. What are the advantages of aqueous coating?

A: Aqueous coating is a water based coating，it can been used in the printing industry. As a food-safe version of coating, the food packaging industry has started to adapt it and it has been proved to be the best alternative to PE or PLA coating.

Paper products with aqueous coating can break down cleanly and don’t need any special treatment in order to truly decompose (unlike PLA based bioplastic). They can also be thrown out into the recycling bin, and after recycling they are able to re-pulp without danger of contaminating.

The worst scenario, such as people becoming lazy and accidentally throwing paper products into the ocean, these aqueous coated products can still break down at the same rate.
